Message Alerts

As your page’s admin or supervisor, you can receive message alerts when there is an important event on LiveChat, such as a subscriber session has been unresolved for a specific time period or a new subscriber is awaiting reply from the agent for last n mins.

You can enable Message Alerts and configured its properties from the settings

How to configure Message Alerts?

  1. Go to kibochat.cloudkibo.com
  2. Go to Settings from main menu
  3. Go to Message Alerts
  4. Click on Pending Session Alert
  5. You can enable/disable pending session alert.
  6. Set time (in mins) after which pending session alert will be sent
  7. Assign members who will receive the pending session alert.
  8.  Click on Save
  9.  If a new subscriber messages on your page and has been awaiting reply from the agent for n minutes,
    an alert will be sent to the assigned members.
  10.  To configure unresolved session alert, click on its tab
  11. You can enable/disable unresolved session alert.
  12. Set time (in mins) after which unresolved session alert will be sent.
  13. Assign members who will receive the unresolved session alert.
  14. Click on Save
  15.  If a Livechat session is unresolved for last n minutes, an alert will be sent to the assigned members.
