Messenger Shopify Chatbot

 

With this feature, you can easily connect your Shopify store to Messenger and create a robust Shopify chatbot with just a few clicks.

How to create a  Messenger Shopify Chatbot?

  1. Click on ‘Chatbot Automation’ under ‘Automation’. Make sure you are on KiboChat:
  2. Select ‘Create New Chatbot’ under Shopify Chatbot: 
  3.  Select a page for which you want to integrate your Shopify chatbot:
  4. Click on Create:
  5. If you do not have Shopify connected, it will tell you to first integrate Shopify. Click on Integrate:
  6. You will be redirected to Shopify Settings. Click on ‘+ Create’:
  7. Install the KiboPush Shopify app:
  8. It should show that your integration has connected successfully:
  9. Go back to Chatbot Automation and now click on create for the page you want to integrate Shopify chatbot:
  10. Add an optional FAQ url for your shopify store:
  11. Click on Save:
  12. Enable/Disable your chatbot using the switch on the top right:
  13. You can also test your chatbot by clicking on Test:
  14. Click on Send to Messenger to test your chatbot:
  15. You can view analytics by clicking on the analytics button:
  16. You can then filter and view the analytics for your chatbot:
