Teams is a feature in KiboPush that allows you to create and manage different teams. This allows you to efficiently divide tasks/pages between multiple teams, allowing for effective collaboration.

How to create a team?

  1. Click on Teams on the sidebar:
  2. Click on ‘Create New Team’:
  3. Enter the team name. Your team will be referred to as this name.
  4. Enter team description. This should ideally describe the team’s purpose.
  5. Add agents to the team. This is how you will decide which agents will be in this particular team:
  6. Choose which pages that you wish to give the agents control to.
  7. You can later manage those teams. You have the option to view, edit, or delete them:
