WhatsApp Shopify Chatbot


With this feature, you can easily connect your Shopify store to WhatsApp and create a robust Shopify chatbot with just a few clicks. Connecting WhatsApp is a prerequisite to this. If you haven’t connected your WhatsApp yet, go here.

How to create a  WhatsApp Shopify Chatbot?

  1. Click on ‘Shopify Chatbot’ under ‘Automation’. Make sure WhatsApp is the selected platform:
  2. If the store field is empty, that means Shopify has not been integrated yet. If it isn’t empty, skip to step 8, otherwise click on save:
  3. Click on ‘Integrate’:
  4. Click on ‘+ Connect’:
  5. Install the KiboPush Shopify App:
  6. It should show that your integration has connected successfully:
  7. Go back to Shopify Chatbot and now you should see your store there:
  8. Add an optional FAQ url for your shopify store:
  9. Click on Save:
  10. Enable/Disable your chatbot using the switch on the top right:
  11. You can also test your chatbot by clicking on Test:
  12. Enter a comma separated list of phone numbers and then click on submit. These numbers will receive messages from the chatbot even if it’s disabled:
